6/27/2019 0 Comments Division 2 Patch NotesAlthough The Division 2 launched in a much better state than its predecessor in terms of content and stability, Massive Entertainment has continue to iterate and improve the game rather than sit back and be content with how smooth release went. Today marks another big day for the looter shooter as Title Update 3 has finally arrived and the massive list of changes are set to fix many longstanding issues, improve the game’s quality of life, and add plenty of new content for all players and those who have the Year 1 Pass. Patch notes for The Division 2 Title Update 3 reveal that nearly every part of the game has been updated in some way. Gear and Weapon talents have all been adjusted, many of which aim to improve some of the lesser used ones to make them more viable. The Dark Zone and Conflict modes have been updated, NPC behaviors have been adjusted, bugs fixed, and Crafting has been made more appealing thanks to a couple of smart changes. The Division 2 experienced some downtime this past evening, as the latest update was rolled out. Players hoping for a night in with The Division 2 would have been disappointed to find a three-hour downtime. However, if the patch notes for the update are anything to go by, the downtime was worth it. A new apparel event also kicks off today, offering new masks, cosmetic items, weapon skins, emotes, and much more. For those with the Year 1 Pass, the first two Classified Assignments called The Fall of DC are also available. These are exclusive missions that offer more context as to how Washington D.C. got into the situation that Player Agents found it in as they arrived at the beginning of the game. Naturally, finishing these missions rewards exclusive backpack trophies to help further customize the player’s character. Agents! Title Update 3 is live! ![]() Players may notice that this expansive update does not include the oft-delayed 8-player raid known as Operation Dark Hours. The patch does prepare the base game for its arrival including new achievements/trophies as well as in-game commendations. Interestingly enough, the patch notes don’t reveal when the highly anticipated activity will be officially arriving, but fans who have seen the most recent Dark Hours trailer now know it releases on May 16th. The short trailer shows off never before seen gameplay from the raid, which takes place at Washington airport, and hints that it’ll contain new challenges that players have yet to encounter in current Division 2 missions. Similar to what Bungie does for its Destiny 2 raids, the trailer promises to immortalize the first team to beat the raid showing a picture of the squad and each agent’s name hanging in the White House for all to see. The Division 2 is available now for PC, PS4, and Xbox One. Source: UbiForums
